Our Oakland Aging Well Expo brought together seniors, caregivers, and community partners for a meaningful afternoon of connection and learning.
Our recent Aging Well Expo at the Dr. George W. Davis Senior Center in San Francisco brought together seniors, providers, and community partners for a morning centered on education, protection, and connection. Hosted in collaboration with the Urban League of Greater San Francisco Bay Area and BluePath Health, the event created space for meaningful conversations around aging well and coordinated care.
We fell in love with the venue and even more with the seniors at Belle Haven Community Center. Our Aging Well Expo brought together seniors, caregivers, providers, and community leaders for a morning centered on access, education, and connection.
